OPEN Conducts Site Visit to Invested Investee Huayin Steel Structure

The team went to the production floor to inspect component‑processing progress for overseas projects. They exchanged views on quality control, production scheduling and delivery plans, aiming to further enhance manufacturing coordination for overseas‑project execution.

At Huayin’s Hai’an plant, the OPEN team followed the production workflow and inspected European‑project components through processes including cutting, welding, inspection, coating and packing. Components under fabrication for the Spanish project reflect the quality standards agreed by both parties embodied in actual working procedures.
Manufacturing progress, material supply and shipment schedules are inter‑related. Changes in any single link may affect the construction rhythm at overseas sites. During this discussion, taking European projects as practical examples, both sides talked over drawing coordination, material arrival time at plant, production scheduling and shipment plans, and further sorted out key items for project coordination.
