Open Architecture Group held a fruitful seminar on the Shanghai Fengxian CS-Frame structure system project on December 12, 2023. The main purpose of the seminar is to optimize innovation and advance project progress. It has not only laid the foundation for quality improvement and customer satisfaction but also demonstrated the group's determination and actions to create more value for customers.

Optimize innovation and improve management

Before the event began, a delegation of 45 members from various departments led by Mr.Chen the chairman actively engaged in understanding the overview of project. Deputy General Manager Liu from the General Contracting Division provided an in-depth explanation of construction organization management, technical innovation points, and solutions during the introduction, offering the team a comprehensive perspective. Additionally, Safety Engineer Zhang conducted construction site safety training for the delegation. This not only gave the team a profound understanding of the overall project but also provided specific goals for subsequent optimization.

Accompanied by engineers and team leaders at the project site, the delegation was divided into groups for on-site visits. Through two rounds of visits and group discussions, the team worked closely together and continually identified issues and suggestions for optimization during construction.

Chief Engineer Wu from the group chaired an in-depth exchange meeting between the delegation and the project department after the visit. Participants actively raised professional issues regarding construction management, technical innovation, project challenges, and together sought practical solutions to address issues and improve quality.
