Recent announcements of the 2021–2022 Shanghai Construction Metal Structure "Golden Steel Award" results show that Open Architecture (general contracting) and Open Steel (steel subcontracting) jointly completed the Shanghai Jinxi Shengyu Railway Robot Intelligent Delivery Center Project, which was awarded the prize.

At the event, Mr. Chen, the founder of OPEN Construction Group, gave a heartfelt speech to the long-term employees. He stated: "Since its establishment in 1998, the company has continued to grow and develop, thanks to the contributions of every employee. On this special day, I sincerely thank you all. Mr. Cui, who has been with the company for 5 years, said: "I have experienced various positions in the company, and my skills have grown. I am grateful to the company for providing such a great platform for development, where I can continuously improve myself."
Mr. Dong, who has been with the company for 10 years, stated: "From being a complete novice in the workplace to now handling various tasks proficiently, it is with the help and guidance of our leaders that I have been able to continually progress and grow."
Ms. Shuang, who has been with the company for over 15 years, said: "At OPEN, what impresses me the most is being able to realize my self-worth. An excellent company also fosters excellent employees."
Mr. Tang, who has been with OPEN for over 20 years and is one of the company's earliest employees, recalled how he started as a rookie who didn't know how to download files, and now, as a department head, he has experienced the test of time alongside the company. In the future, he will continue to move forward with the company towards a better future.
