OPEN New Youth Training Camp

Talent is the first resource of an enterprise. The development of an enterprise cannot be separated from people, and talent cultivation is a strategic and systematic project. With the continuous development and growth of Open, injecting youthful vigour into the company and cultivating young talents is to accumulate strength for future development.

The ‘Open New Youth Training Camp’ created by Open has been successfully held twice so far, with Jinshan factory as the base to carry out training activities.

Each training session selects about 30 newly joined employees from each department of the company. Firstly, Mr Chen, chairman of Open's board of directors, made a message for the activity, expressing the company's importance and expectation for young people. Subsequently, the trainees communicated and familiarised with each other through several small games, which helped the new employees to integrate into the group quickly and enhance their sense of belonging.

After lunch, everyone visited the production workshop of Jinshan factory, and had a clear and intuitive understanding of the manufacturing process and technology of steel structure, roofing and enclosure system, Jieyao system, and superior ribbed panel.

In the afternoon, the teacher explained the basic theory of ‘Efficient Communication’ to help everyone solve the communication problems encountered in work and life.

As a long-term activity in talent cultivation, ‘Open New Youth Pillar Training Camp’ will continue to be held. Through the training, it enables everyone to have a deeper understanding of the corporate culture, improves team cohesion, enhances communication and understanding between colleagues, strengthens the integration between departments, and creates a good start for the young people to become the pillars of Open as soon as possible.
