June ushers in the 25th national Work‑Safety Month. Centered on the theme “Everyone prioritizes safety, everyone masters emergency response — Identify and rectify risks and hidden hazards”, the Work‑Safety Month activity, spearheaded by the Quality & Safety Department and jointly attended by multiple departments, was successfully carried out at Jinshan Factory on June 22.

At the event site, Chen Ming, President of OPEN Group, delivered an opening address. Drawing on industry cases and the company’s real‑world management practice, he emphasized that “Safety always comes first”.

Mr. Chen pointed out that safety constitutes the bottom line and cornerstone of corporate development. He expressed the hope that regular safety activities could strengthen safety awareness among all staff and ensure the smooth and safe progress of all the company’s projects.

Heads of various departments shared on‑site safety‑management experience and analyzed key hidden hazards for respective positions. All employees watched safety warning case videos collectively. Both management and front‑line teams signed safety commitment letters, further consolidating the safety consensus that “everyone is responsible and everyone shall fulfill their obligations”.

To advance the digital upgrading of safety management, OPEN Group is about to launch an AI workstation management mini‑program. Empowering on‑site management with technology, it guides employees to conduct proactive self‑inspection and self‑rectification.

Mr. Chen from the Intelligent Manufacturing Department initiated a pre‑launch campaign for AI workstation self‑inspection. Employees are encouraged to take real‑site photos of their workstations, and obtain AI comments and safety scores for workstations by using fixed prompt words. This helps staff get accustomed to the digital inspection mode in advance and builds momentum for the subsequent mini‑program launch and safety competition.

OPEN will establish a long‑term control mechanism going forward, and implement an AI workstation evaluation system of “Weekly Inspection and Monthly Assessment”. Regular 5S on‑site management assessments will be carried out, with periodic selection of “Excellent 5S Teams” and “5S Star Individuals”. Evaluation results will be incorporated into safety performance and team merit assessment.

This event also included systematic hands‑on emergency‑response training. Factory Director Yin from Nantong Factory provided on‑site guidance for CPR first‑aid drills and organized employees to perform practical exercises one by one.

Engineer Hu from the Quality & Safety Department gave a detailed explanation on operating specifications for special‑purpose equipment, key post‑related risks and emergency response plans, guiding employees to precisely guard against safety hazards.

During the fire‑evacuation drill, all employees properly put on protective gear and evacuated to the safe area in an orderly manner.

At the closing of the event, Engineer Hu reviewed and commented on the outcomes of the training and drills, sorting out highlights, pointing out deficiencies and clarifying directions for improvement. Afterwards, Safety Manager Ren led all employees in reciting the safety oath.

The Group distributed daily‑use supplies and heat‑stroke prevention gift packages to front‑line employees. All participants signed on the themed backdrop in sequence to practice their safety responsibilities.

Safety is the foundation of development and the cornerstone of production. OPEN consistently adheres to the safety‑first principle, adopts zero‑tolerance and strict control over work‑safety hidden hazards, and builds a solid line of defense for production safety. Going forward, OPEN will further promote regular, refined and digitalized work‑safety management. With a sound safety performance, the company will safeguard its high‑quality and sustainable development.
