Knowledge and Self-improvement for Better Customer Service

In order to improve the management level of Open project and deepen the communication between design and construction, the company encourages the designers to "go out". 11-12 February 2023, Open delegation consisting of 41 people visited a well-known new energy automobile plant project to carry out in-depth study and communication.

First of all, Director Huang of Engineering Department 1 and the on-site project manager introduced the project overview, construction organisation and management, project technology innovation points, project difficulties and solutions, etc., so that everyone has a preliminary understanding of the project as a whole.

Safety Engineer Mr Zhan gave the delegation a training on site safety, reminding them of the correct way to wear a helmet and the safety matters that need attention on site. Afterwards, the group was divided into four groups, each group was led by project management staff. Before the departure of the visiting members, they set the visiting objectives according to their own professional affiliation, and they carefully observed the site with questions and sought advice from the "leading teachers" who have rich on-site experience.

At 6:30 a.m. on the second day, the visiting members attended the morning safety meeting with the project site personnel to learn about the day's work content, safety construction requirements and related precautions.

After the visit, a summary discussion was hosted by Li Gong, deputy chief engineer of the Design and R&D Centre, in which we shared the harvest and experience of the trip with each other
The two-day trip was short and fulfilling. Through this study, we not only sorted out quality suggestions that help to improve and enhance, but also fully recognised the differences between construction and design, and understood the importance of combining theory and practice.
