OPEN congratulates Yadea on the rollout of their 10 millionth electric vehicle

"At 10:25 AM on September 19th, the 10 millionth Yadea Guanneng series electric vehicle officially rolled off the production line!" Amidst enthusiastic cheers at Yadea's high-end intelligent manufacturing base in Jinzhai, Anhui, the 10 millionth Yadea Guanneng electric vehicle made its debut. This milestone marks the Guanneng series surpassing a production volume of 10 million units. Yadea has not only become the first Chinese electric vehicle brand to achieve such a milestone with a single series but also set a new benchmark in the industry, ushering in a new era of high-quality development.

Yadea's Anhui Jinzhai Smart Manufacturing Base began investment in 2018 and construction on December 27, 2019. It officially commenced production in July this year, becoming Yadea Group's sixth and largest production base, following those in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Tianjin, and Chengdu. The project covers a total area of 1,067 acres, already encompassing the production of two-wheel and three-wheel electric vehicles. Facilities such as injection molding workshops, painting workshops, and assembly workshops have been completed. According to on-site staff, future phases two and three of the factory will expand to include four-wheel electric vehicle production, building on the existing three-wheel electric vehicle manufacturing capabilities.

This project had a large construction area with many individual buildings, featuring rich and innovative exterior wall designs and aesthetically pleasing and grand roof ventilators. The main structure utilized portal frames, and the walls were built using the OPEN HR780 panel, creating a sophisticated and dynamic visual effect with layered facades in two shades of gray. This design perfectly aligns with Yadea's image as an industry leader. During the construction process, OPEN's designers visited the site to communicate with the project team, improving various details such as material dimensions and installation to ensure a perfect final result.

During the project construction period, the first division of OPEN Steel Structure Engineering overcame the impact of the pandemic, scientifically organized construction efforts, and completed the project on schedule.
