This entails working with local labor, importing specific materials, interpreting documentation, modifying design drawings to satisfy international standards and needs, and more. We can only improve project quality, progress, and cost control by constructing strong communication channels. This is similar to how foreign businesses entered China some decades ago."

OPEN has established a company in Europe, employing local engineers to carry out structural design according to European standards. These engineers hold the qualifications necessary to sign off on and issue drawings on-site. 

We have established excellent collaborative relationships with local design institutes and supervision units, working closely together.

We have developed relationships with numerous local suppliers, enriching our supply chain system.

We have established a company in South America and formed a construction management team. In the future, we will continue to expand into the markets of North America and Southeast Asia.

Due to the low cost of raw materials and the effective production of our processing plants, Chinese steel structure goods are very competitive and offer great quality at reasonable costs. These benefits are especially noteworthy. There is a serious shortage of steel production capacity in places like Europe and South America, and it is even harder to locate factories that can weld H-beams. As a result, purchasing steel construction goods from China is an affordable option. Furthermore, several nations allow Chinese labor to be used, which increases the effectiveness of building projects abroad.
