Any fabrication and sale of Open steel joist without authorization will be recognized as infringement of Open patent. Open Corporation reserves the right to protect its benefits by law.

OPENTOOL is free joist analyzing software. Any joist products designed by OPENTOOL must be fabricated by Open Corporation or by authorization. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any quality fault and we reserve relative law right to claim when the fame of Open Corporation is ruined.
