Brief Introduction

In 2004, Open steel joist, which has been broadly used in construction industry of North America for over 50 years, was imported to China from Canada. Shanghai Open Steel Joist Co., was registered in Shanghai in November 2004. A professional steel joist factory covering land of 4 acre in Fengxian, Shanghai was set up on the basis of parent company's certification of grade one on steel construction and first class on steel design.

Open steel joist factory is located at Wuqiao Industrial Zone, Fengxian, Shanghai. The annual capacity of 12000 tons steel joist is planed to realized during phase one with systematic processing ability in research and developing, inspection and fabrication. We have acquired ISO9001 Certification.

In 2008, Open corporation bought 8 acre land in Tinglin, Jinshan district with estimated investment of 120 million RMB for a modern steel joist processing base. The project started on July 2008 and a base of steel structure and joist will be set up with annual capacity of 20 thousand tons by end of 2008.

With the adoption of North America fruit experience and close cooperation with the civil department of Zhejiang University, Open corporation has tested and developed Roofpro joist with large column space, Floorpro combination joist and buckling restrained bracing, etc.

Open Corporation makes traditional pre-engineered framing and caravan steel building as well. And we have exported the products to United States and Middle East area, etc.

The two type of Open products have both awarded as state patent of practical new type.
